Anybody have a good recipe for smoking pretzels in a Masterbuilt smoker?
Nope, but I bet someone in Cafe Society does.

Sorry, I’m a non-smoker.
Nyuk nyuk nyuk.
I hated to see this sink because I thought it sounded interesting, and I love smoked foods.
I have to admit though that I had never heard of smoked pretzels. I had assumed it would be soft pretzels, but after no real replies I did a quick Google search and the first one I found uses bagged pretzels.
I had also thought of posting a recipe I make frequently using bagged pretzels and lo and behold the recipe that came up was almost the same as mine (only smoked).
Here is the one I found Smoked Pretzels with a KICK and w p-view | Smoking Meat Forums - The Best Smoking Meat Forum On Earth!
I use Peanut or Vegetable oil instead of Olive. I use one packet of the Ranch dressing mix (and no Italian). I found it works best with small pretzels with lots of surface area… my favorite is UTZ Butter Waffles pretzels. I stir everything but the pretzels in a bowl, add the pretzels to a gallon zip lock (I actually use about 1.5 bags)… pour the mix over them and toss. I keep them in bag and toss them periodically every 20 minutes or so for at least two hours.
These are great as is and would probably also be good if you smoked them afterward. I have a bag of these (unsmoked) on my counter right now.
