I often make twice baked potatoes. It’s simple and delicious . Scoop out the center, mash with onion, crumbled bacon, milk, sour cream, butter and cheese. Put back in the tater shell and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
I’ll usually fix 6 twice baked taters. Make one batch of the filling and then fill the shells.
They reheat really well for the next couple days stored in the fridge.
