At last the wait is over! I’ve been on tenderhooks since I heard that Prince Harry had decided to apply for admittance to Sandhurst. He had to pass the exams of course, which must have been a worrying time for him, but he has come up trumps and managed to gain a place for Officer training in the British Army.
It’s going to be tough because he has a reputation for enjoying going to parties and visiting nightclubs and for the first 5 weeks he will not be allowed to leave the camp.
I’m sure he can tough that out though.
He must be an exceptional chap to be accepted (and I’m sure the fact that he is a Prince has nothing to do with it) because Sandhurst is the army’s most prestigious college.
Of course he has some things to accomplish before he starts his training. Prior to beginning his Army career, the prince will be coaching with the Rugby Football Union and travelling abroad to play polo later this year.
So much talent in one Prince.
