This questions is perhaps misleading, but I’ll give the background:
My printer, a Lexmark Z-22, wasn’t printing. One recommendation I got from the Help/Support feature on the computer (Laptop, Dell Inspiton 4100) was to reconnect the printer to the computer directly, via cabe. I did so, disconnecting the floppy drivre, which only connects via that receptacle on the computer.
The printing has resumed, but I didn’t know whether the Bus Unit finked out or the cable did. No, the Bus cable can’t be connected to the floppy-drive unit to retrun its connection with the laptop.
How do I determine whether the bus unit or the cable is faulty?
Is there some other way to plug in the Floppy drive?
