Ok, I had PrintMaster 15 on my computer and made a lovely 2008 calendar. The version I have did not allow me to export the file or save it as a pdf.

Thinking it was time for an up-date I bought PrintMaster Platinum 16 which allows me to save my calendar as a pdf and take it to the print shop.

So I install PMP16 on the computer, all the work from PM15 is automatically transfered to the new PMP16. I opened up the calendar, checked it had been imported correctly, which it seemed to have been, and then clicked on ‘save to pdf’.

When I open up the pdf, all my text boxes have fallen out of the calendar squares, and it being a pdf I cannot alter this.

I am having no luck with the PrintMaster web-site or their ‘help’ pages.

Has anyone out there had the same problem? Is there anything I can do?

What size paper are you trying to print/save to? If it’s not 8.5x11, PrintMaster has a bug where it will automatically revert to 8.5x11 after saving, printing, etc… I found that when it does this, all fonts and spacing get screwed up and results in what you’re describing.

Thanks, that could be it. I am in Europe and so maybe when it saves to pdf it defaults to A4 paper size.

I am looking at it but don’t see a way of changing the paper size. It certainly isn’t an option on PrintMaster, unless I am missing something very obvious…this has been known to happen!

Any other advice?
