Prius - Rear A/C Vents?

I’m trying to figure out whether the Prius (and I suppose specifically the 2010 III and IV since those are in my price range) has rear A/C vents? It doesn’t seem to be listed, and the interior photos don’t show them in the back of the console where they’d normally be. But in some rear seat photos there is something on the sides of the rear seat back, which looks like a vent, or perhaps a speaker cover?

tl:dr Do Priusae (Priuses? Preese?) have Rear A/C vents?

Those rear vents on the side of the seats are to cool the batteries. No AC vent in the rear that I’m aware of.

Same here - I’ve got the 2010 III (or IV?) - and AC is great I think - wouldn’t worry about rear too much.

Those are cooling vents for the battery. Needless to say, it’s bad if the battery overheats. There should be a vent fan in the guts, which may kick on if the battery thermometer trips.

For the A/C, there are no separate A/C vents in the console. There are vents under the front seats that blow some air back, though.

I’m not sure about the latest generation Prius, though. Maybe they’ve added it. The A/C seems to get to the back seat ok in the older models, though.

Thanks!
