Pro Tools LE with Digi 001 compatible with Vista?

My Sony Vaio crashed during a recent storm. Hard drive ok but I have some unknown hardware failure.

My options are to possibly buy another PC rather than invest too much in fixing this one. I have Pro Tools LE and the Digi 001 interface which connects via a PCI card. and I need that to work.

If I buy an off the shelf PC to save dough will my Pro tools LE load into Vista and will my the PCI card install into a newer PC? Anybody try this already?

From the Digidesign website I see that Vista Business and Ultimate is supprted for LE 7.4 and M-Powered 7.4. I guess if you’re using the digi 001 your version is older?

It is. I noticed they didn’t list Vista. If it’s not compatible that makes a difference about whether or not I get my computer fixed or buy another. I’m not prepared to upgrade pro tolls yet.
