  1. United Empire vs. Bullet Club, 5-on-5 timed-entry cage match, NJPW New Beginning in Sapporo

A Wargames match in all but name, New Japan’s first-ever attempt at putting on one, and easily the best one I’ve ever seen. By the time the hour-plus match was over, the ring itself had been destroyed to the point of there being holes in it and jagged wooden planks jutting out of the bare surface. A more than fitting sendoff for Will Ospreay before he left for AEW.
