I noticed the all the clones have the same accent? Were they originally taught by Jango Fett? (Or is just to save money? I found out that most of the clone voices in the cartoons are done by the same actor)
All programmed from the same set of Learning Tapes.
Probably done to drive home the idea that they are all clones of Jango, and no thought given to “yeah, but how?” And, yeah, it means they only needed one voiceover actor.
Temuera Morrison, the actor who played Jango Fett, also did the voices of the clones in Attack of the Clones, and in a few video games; at some point, Lucas also re-dubbed all of Boba Fett’s dialog in the original films with Morrison’s voice. In most of the cartoons, the clones were voiced by a voice actor – Dee Bradley Baker – who performed in a voice similar to Morrison’s.
And to complicate matters, the follow-up series Bad Batch had two female clones, one a child and one an adult, who were made of the same genetic stock, altered to XX instead of XY. Both of them also had New Zealand accents.
In Star Wars, accents are genetic. Except when they’re not (like Shmi Skywalker and Anakin).
