Proper term for the ancient religion in Egypt.

Is there a proper name for the religion practiced in ancient Egypt? The one with Nubius and pyramids and all that? Everyone seems to just call it Egyptian.
But if someone in modern time was not from Egypt but he happened to believe in these gods, what would we call him? Certainly not Egyptian, right?
Egyptologists have to have a name for the religion. Or does the scientific community just say ‘Ancient Egyptian Polytheism’ or some generic term?

Anubis, not Nubis.

There is a doper heit Anubis who will be long shortly to remind you.

I’ve only ever heard it referred to as `the religion of the Ancient Egyptians’ or something similar.
