I would like to appeal this warning.
What I meant was, “You’re being a jerk, and this is why Jews have a bad reputation. Generally speaking.” It wasn’t intended as an antisemitic comment, though it could come off as unfortunate phrasing.
What you said and what you meant to say are both antisemitic.
I still don’t get it. Are you saying Jews are jerks, and that’s why they have a bad reputation? Are you saying that one Jew being a jerk is the reason why? Something else?
That’s the meaning I took from the post when I gave it a warning.
@crowmanyclouds and @miller already explained my feelings about your post @ekedolphin, but the post in question, whatever your intent may have been, was absolutely a cheap shot.
No slurs or cheap shots. Do not post slurs or other cheap shots based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender orientation, or other group identity except for political affiliation or leaning.
And yes, that’s one of the rules that apply even in the Pit.

Self awareness would be good in this case. What you said was extremely antisemitic. In a time of rising racial tensions, I feel @Miller was completely right.

Take the warning, and try to avoid being so antisemitic in the future please.
I’m not sure how you don’t see the problem with that. But it seems like you’re going through some stuff right now, so it would probably be a good idea to take a step back. You mentioned in that thread that when you are having poor mental health days you get racist and call people racial slurs, so it’s probably in everyone’s best interest that you take a break during those times. Regardless of what’s going on with you, nobody deserves to be the target of bigotry.
