I’ll tell you honestly, I don’t think that sort of thing is very esoteric. It strikes me as a very basic part of our judicial system. I’m slightly astonished that you could be educated enough to write as clearly as you do and not understand how that works. I’m not trying to insult you, I’m just, well, surprised.

Well, I’m an engineer…and I also wasn’t born in the US. Kind of a lame excuse though if its really basic though. No insult taken, I’m always glad to learn.
