Used a frozen butterball turkey for Canadian Thanksgiving.
Incredible turkey, and best of all it’s cook-from-frozen. Except for a struggle to get the giblets and gravy packet off, it was incredibly easy. Throw some tinfoil over the parts that might burn and cook for half a day. Easy peasy.
I would put butterball up against any free-range, lightly killed, home brined, lovingly thawed turkey, any day.
