Who played the psychic in last night’s (April 4) episode of C.S.I.? What else has he been in?
Also, was the attic guy the same guy from The Green Mile and I Am Sam?

Yes, he was the same guy from the green mile…I’m not sure about the other one…
I dunno, I dunno and I dunno (although I believe the attic guy also played a bit part on Just Shoot Me as Eliot -the photographers- scheming brother).
but, thought I’d tag along here to find out - was the psychic guy killed? they just sorta left him laying there, didn’t mention anything, no body bag going out the door etc. thought it was odd.
I’d like to assume that if he was alive, then they’d have called for an ambulance and done some first aide.
But, frankly, the real proof comes from the idea that had he survived, there’d be a psychic in each episode to spoil the psuedo-scientific deductive process and thus the entire point of the show. 
I’m pretty sure he’s dead. Attic guy said something like “So, we’ve gotta DB here. Gonna cut him open?” and Nick replies something like “No, that’s the coroner’s job.”
I gathered that “DB” was “Dead Body”. Also, you usually only call the coroner for someone who is dead.
Okay, so I’ll answer my own question. The psycic was played by Leland Orser (http://us.imdb.com/Name?Orser,+Leland) and the place I remember him from is The Pretender.
since you were kind enough to get my question answered, here’s Doug Hutchinson who did indeed play in both *I Am Sam & The Green Mile but, apparently not in Just Shoot Me . Could be the same guy, they didn’t really show him well.
Eliot’s brother Donnie on Just Shoot Me was played by David Cross from Mr. Show with Bob and David. I can understand how they could be confused, because they both have similar glasses.
