I didn’t link to anything. The page linked by @aruvqan has 19 pictures on the page. Clicking on the picture will take you through the series of photos of different figures. The female figure happens to appear first when the page loads.
I don’t think the puppet looks like Putin, but it is very disturbing (and thus seasonally appropriate).
That’s the one - specifically when the puppet looks at the camera after lifting the weight.
I think it’s more accurate to say that Putin looks like a generic mannequin.
