The CAS(Chirldren’s Aid Society) in Ontario is fucking incompetent, so I’m not surprised that they missed this. I’ll bet Dave Brown is having a field day with this.
You know, the Star article said the case was heard for 24 days over a period of 2 years. Is this article, and perhaps the CTV article all the data to which those questioning the verdict have access? Because if that’s all I had to go on in a case where there was 24 days of evidence and testimony, I wouldn’t presume to have a damn opinion. But that’s just me.
