That certainly answers half of the OP’s question, I’d say. It’s unfortunate that he wasn’t driving his Tesla also in that video.

I assume his Tesla is mostly driven by the cars guidance system and that he also uses his arm stubs to steer when neccesary. Wow.
I also wonder what the guy could have said or done to piss this guy off to the point of killing him. I mean obviously the man has been insulted and faced countless obstacles in his life. Maybe the guy called him bob one too many times.

I can’t really see the detail but how is he pulling the trigger!? You don’t have finger stumps on your elbow. That’s crazy.
I think that there was just enough of a bone protrusion at the end of his limb that he could get something into the trigger guard to pull the trigger back.
I was equally amazed that he could turn the safety off.
What I want to know is who takes care of him while he’s in lock-up? Do they have designated people, or do they allow his people in? I’m talking about eating and potty duties kind of stuff.
Criminy, this is practically in my neighborhood. I took some College of Southern Maryland classes at the LaPlata campus (FYI, it’s pronounced La PLAY-tuh here. We don’t talk no fancy foreign stuff) and I do my grocery shopping in Charlotte Hall. How weird to learn about it in the Dope.
