Question about anabolic steroids and HGH.

I’ve been to 8 orthropedists and 3 physiatrists over the years for a chronic case of tendonitis. I always get it when I lift weights. I use perfect form and spend months and months with ridiculously light weights to avoid injury. One doctor theorized that I had small insertion points on my tendons, and with the increased pressure per square inch, was ripping my tendon off the bone.
What I was wondering (and I will consult a doctor, but they are generally uncreative problemsolvers) is if I do a “cycle” of anabolic steroids or the HGH equivalent if I can somehow get through a critical period to develop my tendons without injury. Supposedly you can increase tendon strength by doing really high weight with 1 or 2 reps.
Do ALL the benefits of steroids/HGH go away after use, or can you get past some hurdles with them that can be somewhat maintained after they’re discontinued? I am not interested in doing this to “pump up.” Im well aware of the ill effects of long term use. But one cycle probably wouldn’t hurt. Question is, would it help?
