question: Can a guest return with a new name?

I intend to pay but I was just wondering about this.

The rule were/are, no sock puppets, only one user account and returning banned users when found will be banned again.

What happens if a person stays for the 30 days doesn’t get into any trouble and the registers again for a new 30 day free period with a new username.

They still only have one active account and haven’t been banned. Will the Admin be looking for these type of people to remove them from active posters and will this practise be forbidden in the TOS?

This practice is/will be a violation of the TOS, and the user (and all associated usernames) will be banned.
