Question for a Florida Lawyer

Is a “specific” question OK for General Questions?

I am hoping by some miracle there is a Florida Attorney on this board that can answer a question for me. This question involves Expunction Forms. Here goes:
The last paragraph of the Petition form goes something like,
" I CERTIFY THAT a true and correct copy of the foregoing has been sent to _______________(prosecuting authority) and (check one) State Attorney, __ Statewide prosecutor, ___ arresting agency, ___ sheriff; and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

                              _________________
                               Name
                               address
                               phone number
                               Bar # "

It is something like that. The form is at home and I am typing from memory. the problem is I do not know what to do here. I have been handling an expunction alone with no lawyer (dont have 500 bucks) and up to this point I have been ok. As far as I know, the petition should just be sent to the County Criminal Division of the Court house. In this case, the Orange County court house RM 550. Do I also have to send copies of this petition to these other agencies??? Or is this referring to the Certificate of Eligibility that I received earlier from FDLE. I am stuck on this one.

Please Help

Why don’t you call the local county prosecutor/public defenders office and just ask them what you should do? There also might be a legal clinic reachable by phone that could advise you.

I’m not a lawyer, I just thought SOMEONE should reply.

That wasn’t the problem. the problem was that she wanted help filling out a form that she didn’t have with her. She left it at home:

This guy is also in a situation where he needs some expunction done…

Gosh, the best I can do is offer some advice from another thread:

Drink several glasses of liquid, preferably water. Just before bed, take a slug (a couple of tablespoons) of mineral oil. In the morning, first try a glycerine suppository. We will save the nitro-glycerine suppository until the last minute. If that doesn’t work, take an enema with warm water and a little mineral oil. Keep it going until you feel it pass the impacted area. If you feel serious pain, stop. THEN is the time to have the doctor use a roto-rooter on you.

My friend, following the above advice will thoroughly expunge you!
