Have you ever used DiabetiDerm on your feet? It’s supposed to help with circulation and “rejuvinate” due to the ingredient L-Arginine. Is it really different than cheap moisturizers?

Diabetic here, and no, I’ve never used that stuff. But I don’t have any diabetes related reasons to use it; I have no diabetic complications to worry about and I’m doing my best to keep it that way.
That said, I’d love to hear if that stuff works, because long before I was ever diabetic, I had heels that crack in the winter. I’d be interested in it if it worked better than standard moisturizing cream.
