I have no idea how to do this. If I get to Shephards’ home page and view a drop-down menu for Federal case law, I’ll get the usual reporting systems for the Supreme Court (U. S., S. Ct., L. Ed. 1 & 2 ), the Circuit Courts (Fed. Reporter 1, 2, 3), and the District Courts (Fed. Supplement 1 & 2). No mention of FRD. Is this accessible through Shepards Citators online at all?
Hmm… I haven’t used Shepard’s for years, but I think I remember FRD being included somewhere. (I use West’s online citechecker instead.)
