I got my eyes checked today, and I’m just curious as to what the titles on the sheet that he gave me, mean.

Hmm, that didnt turn out as well as hoped.
try this one instead.
Don’t know what it means, but try using the {code} {/code} tags (with square brackets rather than curly) to format your table.
It preserves spaces
between letters and
lets you line
things up more easily
You’ll still have to preview a few times to get it just right.
