Question for Republicans: If Trump wins the Nomination...

GIGO, do you have any evidence whatsoever that Trump himself personally went to a Neo-Nazi to get that statistic rather than simply having it tweeted without attribution either to him or one of his campaign workers or bouncing around on Facebook and the internet?

There are literally millions of places Trump or his campaign could have come up with that information, yet true to form you immediately assume he got it from the worst possible source in order to paint him as a hater.

This is a perfect example of the very kind of thing I’ve been talking about.

Cite for him apologising for that?

The reality is that he is standing for it, and so I’m not going go give him any benefit of the doubt.

Of course you’re not! You’re determined to paint him as a hater no matter what.

**The information was false. ** Stop denying that.

And thank you for confirming my point, you are only going for red herring, the point was that he is not apologising for that nor recognising ever that he is wrong about lying about statistics to make a racist point. He has not come forward to tell us that he was wrong about joining Arpaio to the hip, not apologising for thinking that roughing up minorities is ok, never telling us that he is wrong about running operation wetback II, and opposing all the Republicans that think he has already gone over the edge.

Hate is indeed what is driving his run.

Well, I will admit that there are more than enough Muslim murderers in the world today. Terrorists do want to disguise themselves as refugees, I agree. If you try, you can find a black guy who is abusing the food stamp program, probably.

But really, people who aren’t white and/or aren’t Christian are usually ok. There are plenty of bad examples, but it is a big world, and overall people are good.

Sure, but policy deals in large numbers. If your rapists were coming primarily from one source(illegal immigration) then it would be a “war on women” to not deal with that problem. If your terrorism was primarily from one source(Muslim immigration) then you’d deal with that too. Or, we’d not deal with it on the justification that however more likely there are to be criminals or terrorists in a particular group, we aren’t going to make life more difficult for the vast majority who aren’t criminals or terrorists in that group.

That figures, indeed there is no apology that he has made, he is indeed doubling down and refusing to see the kind of people that he is relying for information or for associations. As pointed before he is either a big incompetent or a racist, the best choice is to stop supporting him.

Trump apologizes for nothing. Which makes him an asshole, but does not demonstrate that is a racist.

I can dig the whole realpolitik angle of ‘represent the actual population’. Even when they are sometimes icky. Put it all into the political process, turn the crank, let the system work, yah.

It is way better than, say, violence, you must admit.

And once again, this is conveniently ignoring the evidence that was posted before, illegal immigrants that are involved in crime are the majority of the ones being arrested and deported (yeah, I guess that makes it easy for them  ". Again, you are ignoring evidence to tell very silly platitudes.

I see no effective difference in this case. The end result is to empower the racists he associates with or helps spread their racist messages.

A racist tweet by a huge twit.

That doesn’t prove Trump personally got the info from a Neo-Nazi site. You’ve deliberately chosen to assert that Trump personally went to a Neo-Nazi site to get that statistic, and you’ve demanded a cite from adaher to prove you wrong. I believe the burden should be on you, shouldn’t it. The original assertion was yours.

Straw man.

I demanded an apology from Trump as clearly the information was false and from a rotten source.

No apology? He gets no benefit of the doubt from me as he continues to stand by what he tweeted. After all he claims to be in control of what he says.

I asserted that his information was false and the creator of the chart was a Neo-Nazi. **I already posted the evidence. **

Again. The problem is Trump not apologizing or acknowledging that he was had, what he is doing is being glad that he was, or that he supports the contents.

Incompetent or racist, take your pick.

On the contrary, what empowers them is NOT debating their arguments publicly. Trump isn’t empowering racists, he’s empowering everyone else while weakening racists.

Even in freaking Arizona the Republican Senators and the Republican governor are not supporting Arpaio; you are wrong, Trump undermined the senators and the Governor and Trump then raised the stock of Arpaio when it was the wrong thing to do…

Unless he likes an already declared by the court racial profiler. And an abuser of power (the evidence so far does show that Arpaio did investigate the wife of the judge in his case, clearly for intimidation purposes, that was also well known when Trump came to kowtow to Arpaio in Arizona)

Really guys, for much less than those acts Obama was crucified in the “fair and balanced press” for just being in the same place on occasions with people that were radicals in the past,** radicals that Obama was not much involved with nor he repeated their ideas**, and BTW Obama did condemn those guys then.

Trump is not condemning the sorry source of information of his Tweet, nor the false information on it that was pure racist bait. So good luck on finding him condemning Arpaio, that shows to me how silly it is to claim that Trump is not either an incompetent or a racist.

Disdain of street criminals and a belief that making their jail stays unpleasant enough that they take pains to avoid returning is not racism, nor does support of Arpaio and his methods make Trump a racist. Arpaio may have gone too far in trying to fight off the liberals at the gates, but his basic premise is a good thing. We need more like him, albeit without their running afoul of the law.

And without their bad motives. But again, when otherwise good people won’t enforce our laws, that leaves the shadier characters to do it.

Tell that to the courts that found Arpaio to be in contempt for his continuing racial profiling. And tell it also to the Republican senators and the Republican governor.

But thank you for showing all how you disregard the rule of law by carrying water for Trump.

Until he apologizes for the hate he is spewing no one should ignore what Trump is doing in his efforts to become the Republican nominee.

Shadier characters that break the law. Do not wilfully ignore what Trump is doing to support hate. Since I already posted the evidence and instead of dealing with it, only red herrings are produced, the point stands.
