My former tattoo artist (I’ve since moved across the country) has no tattoos, and he is the best tattoo artist I’ve encountered so far. I loved the work he did so much that I had him redo the previous tattoos I had gotten elsewhere. His waiting list for an appointment is rarely, if ever, less than a month. He’s not only a tattoo artist, but he’s the shop owner also. He has an art degree and happened to be a natural at tattooing. The portfolio is really what people should be looking at, and cleanliness. I’d say go for it!
