This may be a really stupid question but… what is the difference between antique and vintage jewelry? Or is there even a difference at all? I was also wondering what the general qualifications are for something to be considered antique or vintage. Thanks!
I don’t know if this convention is exactly the same in Englisch but according to several antiques collectors in my family (it appears to be genetic, I am the only student I know who owns almost exclusively silver cutlery 
) an item is technically only antique if it is at least 100 years old. However there are no strict requirements for vintage items.
