Question on importing dairy from Italy

There is a certain dairy product that as far as I know only comes from Italy. I want to look into importing it. I have sent off a few emails to various brokers I fond on line and have gotten no response as of yet. I am looking for some tips on how to go about my search. I don’t know if the brokers I found even deal with this particular product.

I am actually keeping the exact product a secret for the time being. Hoping to set up a small distributorship of just a couple of dairy products.
