I see that this board currently has 179,956 Members and 5,051 Active Members. What determines the difference between a Member and an Active Member? I’m speculating that anyone who’s ever posted is a Member. But Active Members are people who have posted within a certain recent amount of time, like say the last thirty days. Is this correct and, if so, how long can you go without posting before you get dropped form the Active Member list?
Or is it based on subscriptions? Are Active Members the people who currently subscribe and all the guests are listed as Members?
Finally, how many Charter Members does the board have?
Right. I believe Members are anyone who’s ever registered, while Active Members are anyone who’s logged on (not necessarily posted) in the last 60 days.
So are people who are posting as Guests included in the Membership count? Forgive my ignorance but I joined back when everyone automatically became a member for free, so I don’t know what the difference is between signing on for free and signing on with a subscription.
