Isn’t today, Star Wars Day, a weird occasion?
Why is today Star Wars day, and is that really a thing?
Don’t you know that not everybody’s in the same time zone and for some of us it’s still the 3rd?
So we can never say “today”, because somewhere it’s tomorrow or yesterday?
Wasn’t that when your troubles seemed so far away?
Do you believe in yesterday?
Aren’t you half the man you used to be?
Anyone ever hear the version that goes, “Leprosy, I’m not half the man I used to be, body parts are falling off of me”?
Is that like, “Comet, it makes your teeth turn green, Comet, it tastes like gasoline…”?
Why am I thinking that you guys went to summer camp as kids?
You mean like Camp Granada?
Can you hear the main theme of Ponchielli’s Dance of the Hours without thinking of Camp Granada?
Can you hear the William Tell Overture without thinking of the Lone Ranger?
Can you hear “Gangsta’s Paradise” without thinking of Weird Al’s “Amish Paradise”?
And speaking of Weird Al, won’t the lyrics always be “Another One Rides the Bus” when the Queen song comes on?
And what about Michael Jackson’s “Bad”? Do you hear Weird Al doing “Fat”?
And can you hear the Ride of the Valkyries without thinking “Kiww da Wabbit”?
Wouldn’t a lot of people instead think of Apocalypse Now?
Can you watch Apocalypse Now without thinking “Kiww da Wabbit”?
What if Elmer Fudd played Col. Kilgore?
