So for the NFC we got Redskins vs. Seahawks and Bucs vs. Giants. Packers and Cowboys have byes.
Do the Packers play the winner of the Hawks/Skins game or the Bucs/NYG game?
Or does it depend on the outcomes of the games?
And if the Packers win week 2 at home and the Cowboys lose week 2 at home will the Packers then get homefield advantage for week 3?
The Cowboys have the #1 seed, they will play the lowest seeded team in the divisional round. With Seattle being #3, TB #4, NY #5 and DC #6, this means that the Packers will play Seattle unless they lose to Washington. In which case the Cowboys will play the Redskins and the Packers will play the winner of the TB/NY game.
The higest seeded teams get homefield advantage, so if the Cowboys lose in the divisional round, the NFC Championship would be in Lambeau, assuming the Packers won. Concievably NY could host the Redskins.

What the kid said.
And here’s hoping the Redskins do their part in bringing about that matchup!
