Shift worker, so breaks are a hasty affair. The less time prepping, the more time I have to pee, eat, or take my weight off my feet.

What do you like to eat? Personally, I’ll have some fruit (apple, or now that it’s summer, a peach or some cherries), an energy bar or one of those little packets of peanut butter crackers. If you want low-carb, how about some cheese, salami or a hard-boiled egg (you can either prepare yourself or buy them already boiled and peeled).
