quick question: what is "witnessing."

I’m new to the boards, can someone quickly answer this for me:

The Great Debates forum is:
“also the place for religious debates and (if you feel you must) witnessing.”

what exactly is witnessing?

It’s that tricky change from Daylight Savings time…

It’s a SIGN, brothers and sisters!

Time tripping again, Billy?

I mean, Joe K?

Or maybe it IS a sign. A sign for all of you to repent. REPENT! And subscribe to my particular brand of religious revisionism! Or you will all suffer the wrath of Khan!

I mean, God! Or G_d. Or the Great Arkleseizure. Or Og. or whatever…
What was the question?

Does it matter, really? Because Jesus is the answer.

You’re stealing my lines! :stuck_out_tongue:

I thought the answer was 42. Or 23…whatever…

Do you want God’s phone number?
It was in a recent movie.
Aaaaaallllllllllllllllll- mighty then!

No, but I have the Pope’s…

Witnessing? It’s having a chance to witness Game 4 of the 1995 Stanley Cup Finals when the Devils win the championship.

Witnessing Devils is evil? You can’t be serious. . .
Does it help that I had tickets, but didn’t make it to the game? Doesn’t the guilt enough make up for my penetance?

No? Aw crap. Never mind then.

Now you know the power of ‘witnessing’ something great (albeit ironically evil).
