Is there a way to copy entries from one bank account (incorrectly entered) into another bank account in the same company?
I don’t want to have to enter all those again!

No. Intuit seems to oppose any kind of mass data manipulation in QuickBooks - it’s like they WANT you to suffer if you do something wrong by having to fix it one transaction at a time. (Even the tools available in the Accountant edition for batch reclassifying won’t help in your situation)
Your best bet to open up each transaction and change the account it goes to (for a deposit) or from (on a check). As long as the transactions are going from one bank account to another, this will let you move then without having to delete and re-enter them.
