One of our Icons is missing. :frowning:

I just heard that Hal Clement, science fiction author, teacher, and all around gentleman, has passed away. More information can be found here .

I met Mr. Clement a time or two at different conventions. He was unfailingly polite and good humoured, and he was a sharp-minded, witty conversationalist. He’ll be missed.
