R.I.P. MIke Graham

Former wrestler/promoter Mike Graham has died. There are rumors from reliable sources that it was a self-inflicted gunshot to the head, much the same as his father’s suicide years ago.

Graham was undersized for his day, but had good charisma anda great mind for the business. Newer fans may have only seen him as a participant in WWE’s Legends Roundtable series.

Goodbye Mike. You were a great wrestler. I remember your victory against Terry Funk just before he took the NWA Championship, a rare display of technical expertise that demonstrated once again as Gordon Soley would say, “It’s not the size of the man in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the man that matters”. RIP Mike, and say hi to your dad for me.
