Here, NOFX is obviously doing their own version of the “Do Ra Me Fa So La Te Do” from [The Sound of Music?]. It’s all pretty self explanitory except the bolded line…Who is Rae? And why is she a “crazy Aussie”? Also note that it could possible be Ray (the male form of Rae) because I copied these lyrics from an unofficial page, not out of their album (don’t feel like walking out to my car right now).
Note to mods: This is not the entire song, just the first verse. Isn’t their something about us not being allowed to post entire songs here? Or am I crazy?
I’ve always kind of assumed that line refers to a friend of Fat Mike’s, not to anyone I would know.
If you check the lyric sheet in the cd you’ll see it is hand written and was obviously changed from Ray to Rae.
They are obviously referring to our own long lost and long overdue Wyldelf! Raelee, where are you?
