Random leftovers

I have some fresh fish I need to use up. I also have a truly RANDOM amalgum of stuff to make sauces. Any good recipes? Here are sauce ingedients I have on hand:

Almond Milk
Hummus
Miso
Oats (think oatmeal)
Almond butter (freshly ground)
Babbaghanoush
Eggwhites

I have enough fish for 2 cooking sessions BTW.

Day 1: Miso-glazed fish.

Whisk together miso and honey. Brush onto fish and broil.

Day 2: Baked fish with babbaghanoush

Place fish filets in baking dish. Spread babbaghanoush on top and bake until done.

cher-any ideas for the oats and almond butter? Like your 1st 2 ideas.

The only thing that came to mind was using the almond butter like peanut butter to make peanut butter balls. Melt the almond butter a bit, combine with oats, add other flavorings (honey and chocolate chips are popular), let it cool, then eat.

Never actually tried it with almond butter, but, as that’s freaking ambrosia, I think it would taste good.
