I believe JFK did it there, too. And 30 years earlier. But back then, the press wouldn’t report such things.
Strom Thurmond (R-SC): who, at 22, fathered an illegitimate child after taking advantage of an under-aged domestic worker in his home. The mother of that child was African-American and Thurmond built long political career out of fanning the flames of racism and hatred towards African-Americans. Absolutely disgusting. The man ought to have been slapped in the face, and slapped hard, IMO.
Public sex is a crime. In fact, Jack Ryan’s career was ended because he merely tried to do it.
Bob Packwood is the best of all. I’m old enough to remember when he was all over the news. His name might even be better than Anthony Weiner’s.
But at least he (or his family) paid money to support that child. I don’t know if it was child support or hush money, but that’s better than a whole lot of deadbeat dads.
There’s a teeny difference, though, between a willing and happy couple boinking on the steps at night where maybe they might get spotted but probably not, and a guy dragging his wife into S&M clubs around the world and trying to get her to have sex with him (and maybe others) in front of lots of people.
