I’m always on the look out for a good cigar. Was wondering what brands my fellow cigar smoking 'dopers liked best. You don’t have to rate them in any particular order…or even rate 10, that was just a catchy OP title to draw you in. I’m also looking for brands you can actually get relatively easily here in the US…though if you have a favorite Cuban brand I LOVE Cuban cigars too, feel free to list them.
Though I don’t usually put an answer in my own OP, I’ll get the ball rolling: One cigar I’ve tried lately that I really like is Rocky Patel, a Honduran cigar. I especially like the maduro wrappers and the spicy taste. It’s a good after dinner cigar.
Another cigar I’ve been smoking quite a bit of lately is a cigar from Baccarat. I don’t remember exactly which cigar it is now off the top of my head…it’s got a light greenish wrapper and is slightly sweet. They are great desert or any time cigars IMHO…they have a VERY mild taste and smell, and kind of a sweet taste to the wrapper…and they are pretty cheap (like $5.00/cigar…VERY cheap for what you get IMHO).

Don’t smoke as many as I used to. On the rare occasions that I do nowadays, I want to make sure I enjoy it. Thus, any of the Arturo Fuente Hemingway series. Hmm. My wife is out of town this week. Maybe it’s time for my semiannual stogie…
