I enjoyed the first episode. Very cool to hear The Smithereens’ “Blood & Roses” in the background for the opening scene…the showrunner’s taste in music continues to impress. Nice to see Sonya Cassidy, I liked her in Lodge 49 – her accent and attitude are a lot different here!

Persuader is easily my least favorite Reacher novel, so this is a bummer for me.
I don’t like it much, either, but it’s miles better than any of the recent Andrew Child entries.
I read all the books once. I found them fun to read. It is amazing however, how often this action novel writer gets gun details wrong. (A .38 is more or less the same power as a 9mm, for example)
I read them all, but as I watch these series I’m surprised at how little I remember them.
Is it actually possible that the Reacher actor was even MORE wooden than int he previous seasons? 
Quite the prosthetic on that one actor’s ear! 
Nothing from the Ethel Merman Disco album, though.
I loved most of the books and enjoyed Season 1 a lot. Season 2 less so, and not liking this season at all. The female FBI agent is awful. The writing and dialog are terrible. Maybe it will get better.
