Real or fake photo? (tRump and Putin in 2018)

Since tRump is around 6’3" and Putin is around 5’7", I wonder how tRump allowed this photo to get made. Did he allow Putin to stand on a box? Or is it possibly a fake photo?

It’s not particularly relevant to any political point, which is why I’m putting this question here.

Is he walking down some steps? That would explain to me why he’s looking down at this feet. There will also be some distortion in their relative heights by a photograph taken from a lower angle in which the person closer to the camera will look a bit taller, but this looks more to me like one person is actually one step lower on some steps or something.
