Basically I came here to post everything you just said. 
You just haven’t lived until you’ve heard Nina Hagen’s “Born in Xaxax” or Einstürzende Neubauten’s “Z.N.S.”. Both songs still inspire me to fits of wacky dancing, even ten years after my goth phase.
How about Die Toten Hosen? I haven’t heard them in a long time, read the early 90s. I understand them to have some pretty racey lyrics. I don’t understand much German any more but when I was in HS there was a German exchange student that translated some of it for us, very funny, for 16-17 year old’s.
I have a Die Toten Hosen album that’s essentially a retelling of Kubrick’s “A Clockwork Orange”; I’d recomend it, though it’s not up to the level of brute force represented by the other names here.
They were like a German Replacements.
