A re-currant bad guy was about to be arrested for impersonating a police officer, I think he had a cop car and everything, but it was many brain cells ago. But as the cops are about to take him away he points to his shoulder, where he has a tiny pin on his uniform. NYPD. And since they are in L.A., where New York Cops have no jurisdiction, they had to him go because it is not impersonating an officer. :rolleyes:
