This morning, in a pre-coffee haze, I watched a new SVU I had DVR’d. Dramatic, sloppy stupidness ensued (including the shooting death of a cop for whom it was the very last day on the job – wow, creative!), but this was the kicker . . .
The cocky little DA who wears 3-piece suits and has ledge-hair is verbally threatened by a guy the court security system captures a pic of. The detectives print the pic and bring it for ID to the DA and it’s FRAMED! As in, the way you’d frame a nice photo of gramma or the dog for the mantel.
Wife and I both exclaimed at the same time: Is that framed?
Was this a little joke about “framing” a suspect, or do TV cops now pick-up frames on sale at CVS for suspect photos?
