Recipe Needed

Does anyone have a good recipe (tried and true) for Braciole? My husband wants me to make it next week but after googling for recipes, there are too many to pick from. Does anyone have a family recipe that is good?

I make the simple variety, thin sliced flanked steak coated with a mix of crushed garlic and chopped parsley, then rolled and tied. I brown them in oil then simmer in sauce. Most of the ones I can buy already made around here are full of cheese and other stuff.
