Recommend a good mic/speaker setup for video conferencing

I’m on video calls a couple times a week. They can sometimes run several hours. I currently have a nice dual-ear headset, but I’m looking for something more low profile. I want to look like a regular person when I’m talking, not like some sound technician.

I’m open to either corded or bluetooth. Ideally, I’d like to use my speakers, which would require an echo-cancelling mic, but a small earbud would be OK as long as it’s comfortable for long periods.

What do you have that works well for you?

I used to use similar at work before I retired and it worked well.
