Febreze -I love the clean , fresh scent it gives my bedclothes.

Dasani with Lemon - light , refreshing , YUMMY.

Goldbond Quick Spray - absolutely the BEST stuff to stop bug bites from itching

Ice on Ice - OK , this won’t help most of you out… it’s a dog coat conditioner , and when sprayed on a dog’s long hair , keeps it from tangeling and getting burrs. The best stuff EVER for it.

That new Spray & Wash Dual Power stuff, pink and white solutions in the two-chambered bottle. It works great. My husband cuts grass as a side job and comes home with horrible grass stains and all kinds of oil and gas and sweat and whatnot on his clothes and mainly his jeans. Just spray it on the stains, it starts to foam, you toss the offending garment in the wash with your regular detergent and the stains are gone.
It seems to work better than other oxy-cleaners I’ve tried.

I’d second the Burt’s Bees products. They’re great.

A Small Rip Dozuki saw from Lee Valley: I may not cut the prettiest dovetails yet, but it is a fun saw to use.

That Body Glide stuff looks really good. I’ve never heard of it before. Cause I’m not a runner. Definately worth a look into. Thanks!
I’d like to 3rd the Burt’s Bee’s. Great lip balm.

Canus Goat’s Milk Soap Great suds. Super fatty. Leaves your face and body parts feelin’ like a baby’s butt. Two thumbs up.

**Canon Ultrashot s1 IS. ** Luvs, luvs luvs. it. After a year of getting to know it , I still don’t know what all the bells and whistles are for, but it takes awesome pictures. Even my shitty ones are great. (YMMV)

Baretta shotguns - I’ve owned Remmington, Winchester and Remmington/Browning but the Baretta is my sweetheart.

Cape Cod potato chips - their “regular” chips are simply wonderful.

Echo edgers - darn thing makes yardwork a breeze. Most every yard crew around here has 'em too, so maintenance and durability are assured.

Calloway irons - on the range, balls from my different irons now collect in “groups”.

Avon Moisture Therapy Hand Cream for Extremely Dry Skin I worked as a janitor, and had to wash my hands many times in a shift. This stuff is what kept my hands from cracking. The same brand makes a fine Lip Moisturizing Treatment (lip balm.)

Black & Decker Workmate If you don’t have room for a workbench, it’ll hold your work steady and fold up afterward.

Old Crow Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey. For the price ($13.49US for 1.75 L) , it’s surprisingly good whiskey.

Plasti-Dip vinyl coating. Great for tool handles and rope ends. A friend even coated his boat anchors in it.

Screwball ratcheting screwdriver, from Sears. A big round handle, and a built-in caddy for assorted bits.

Droll Yankee Birdfeeders. Well-designed and extremely sturdy.

Rain-X. Once you get above 39 mph, the rain beads up and blows off your windshield. You won’t need your wipers at all until it’s a gulley washer. It smells like cider when you put it on.

Just camping stuff, but tried and tested.

Marmot Tents. Great tents for the money. 5 years and counting on the one we currently own. Still repels water/elements like the day it came new. http://www.marmot.com/products/cat.php?cat=tents

Tilley Hats. Perfect camping hats. Keeps the sun out, the bug net on, and dries fast. Best of all, guarenteed for LIFE. http://www.tilley.com/hat_category.asp?gender=&catId=1

Leathermans. Great tool for everything you need for camping. http://www.leatherman.com/

DeWalt power tools. I was somewhat surprised to see that DeWalt is the unofficial tool at our Faire.

Two other universal items at Faire are **Leatherman ** tools and Mag-Lites

Evan Williams whisky. Hard to tell it’s not Jack Daniels at about half the price. Especially if you mix it with something.

Haagen Daz Dulce de leche ice cream. My eyes rolled back in my head when I tried it.

**'SWheat ** kitty litter. As the name suggests, it’s made from wheat husks, and it clumps to boot. It’s also theoretically flushable, but I prefer bagging it out, just in case. Works pretty well with two cat-mountain-sized Maine Coons in a small condo.

Fourthing the **Burt’s Bee lip balm ** recommendation. I keep a tin in my jeans, and it works a treat.

Marshalltown trowels.
I’ll second Mag-Lites and Leatherman tools.

Hall’s sugar free cough drops. Usually I don’t like artificial sweeteners, but these cough drops don’t have the nasty aftertaste. And, as a bonus, they don’t leave my mouth coated with sugary gunk after I’ve used them. They even seem to work better than the regular sugary kind.

Sugarfree Metamucil powder is acceptable, too, at least as acceptable as the sugared variety. I wouldn’t drink it because I like the taste, but at least it doesn’t have the objectionable aftertaste. And it does the job.

Imodium AD (anti-diarrhea medicine). Usually works with one dose, very occasionally needs a second dose for full effect.

Figi’s foods. Their meats, cheeses, and nuts are first rate. Unfortunately, their price reflects that. However, my parents are delighted to receive half a ham and half a turkey from that company for Christmas each year. They also enjoy the fruits and nuts that I occasionally send. I’d rather pay a bit more and know that my parents are getting the very best quality than wonder if the foodstuffs were really acceptable.

If you ride a bicycle The Crank Brothers have never made a bad product.

Riding at night? See and be seen by using Niterider lights

Working out? Polar heart rate monitors

If you have skin irriatation from riding a bike / walking / running or whatever Bag Balm is a miracle cure. It has so much lanolin in it if you mixed an old wool sock and the right amount of water, I think you would get a sheep out of each can.

For mechanics tools Snap On is the best. When they used to advertise “Snap-On there is a difference.” They weren’t kidding. Not cheap, actually damn spendy, but they work. When you make your living twisting wrenches it does make a difference.

I own two of the best outdoor BBQs around. The Weber performer , and a Big Green Egg . Yeah the egg looks funny, who cares? The food is the deal.
