Recommend a Workout Video/DVD

I’m not sure if this belongs in Cafe Society (are workout videos really “art”?), but I’'m pretty sure it doesn’t go in Great Debates, so…

Can anyone recommend a good workout video? The only videos I’ve really liked have been the Tae-Bo series and Buns of Steel. But after awhile, kicking and punching and leg lifts get pretty boring. I do run, but I’m a wussy runner who doesn’t like to go out when it’s cold, gloomy, rainy, snowy, or not above 75 degrees. Which covers Chicago 80% of the year.

What I’m looking for is an aerobics type workout (spare me the Pilates, please) that’s as intense as Tae-Bo, without the need for a lot of space. My room is a sardine can. Tae-Bo works for me because you’re mostly standing in one spot. Other aerobics videos I’ve tried want you to step and grapevine all over the place. I’d like not to destroy my computer in a fit of calisthenic ecstacy, thank you very much. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, something with half-way decent music. You can’t sweat to the Oldies, you can only perspire.

I really like Debbie Siebers’ Slim Series. You can check them out at Beachbody.com. I actually did the Slim in Six set and it works like a charm. I recommend getting the series set rather then the Slim in Six since it seems like you are already in shape. Now, the music isn’t all that great, but Debbie is just fantastic.
