So many Dvds out there, which one did you like? Results? I have no gym where I live so am destined to exercise in my living room.
The best one is the one you will use and follow on a regular basis. There’s no magic bullet here, why limit yourself to one?
I like Jillian Michaels’ 30-Day Shred. It’s an intense 30-minute workout. You need hand weights and a yoga mat if you’re doing it on a floor that isn’t carpeted.
