Recommend an advanced Adobe CS5 book?

Can you recommend a good advanced book (or series of books) on Adobe’s CS5 suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign?

I last looked a couple of years or so ago when CS5 first came out, but the books then were all tailored towards beginners. I think a number of advanced titles have come out since then and I wanted to see if anyone has experience with them.

There’s a ‘Classroom in a Book’ series that Adobe produce about their own products. I picked up the CS4 version for Premiere a while back and found it pretty useable.

Those were the first books I tried and I found them quite lacking. Covered the basics but not much else.
